One accountable record
Quantities, locations, approvals, and movement history should tell one coherent operational story.
About
A web and mobile inventory management platform designed to help organizations keep products, stock movements, procurement, warehouses, and responsibilities connected, even when network conditions are inconsistent.
YowSpare is not limited to industrial maintenance or spare parts. It is designed for any organization that needs a reliable way to understand what it owns, where stock is located, how it moves, who authorized an operation, and what must happen next.
The product brings operational records into a shared organization context while preserving role-based permissions, agency and department structures, warehouse locations, approval paths, and the practical need to continue selected work when connectivity is limited.
Why YowSpare exists
Organizations often distribute stock information across spreadsheets, paper records, isolated applications, personal messages, and local knowledge. The result is not only inaccurate quantities. Teams also lose the context behind receipts, requests, approvals, locations, supplier decisions, and accountability.
YowSpare connects the stock lifecycle in one operational workspace. Administrators configure the organization and permissions; teams manage products, suppliers, requests, purchases, receipts, warehouse positions, movements, and reports; web and mobile clients provide access appropriate to the user's context.
Product principles
The platform is shaped by the conditions in which inventory work actually happens, not by an idealized back-office process.
01
Quantities, locations, approvals, and movement history should tell one coherent operational story.
02
Offline capability must preserve productivity while making synchronization state and conflict risk visible.
03
Organization ownership, roles, read access, and write authority must correspond to real duties.
04
Inventory workflows should connect cleanly with shared identity, organization, file, and business services.
YowSpare organizes the product around three layers that must remain aligned for the system to be useful.
01
Owners configure the enterprise, agencies, departments, users, roles, permissions, and approval responsibilities.
02
Teams connect products, suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, receipts, requests, warehouse positions, and movements.
03
Web and mobile experiences present the right context and support selected offline work with explicit synchronization behavior.

Founder and leadership
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Prof. Thomas Djotio Ndie is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of YowSpare, and the founder of Yowyob Inc. Ltd. He leads the strategic direction, product ambition, institutional positioning, and commitment to building rigorous technology for real organizational needs.
Under his leadership, YowSpare is being developed as a focused inventory platform with a clear standard: product claims, technical decisions, and commercial commitments must remain understandable, defensible, and aligned with the system that customers actually use.
YowSpare takes variable connectivity, multilingual teams, device constraints, local currencies, and diverse organization structures seriously. These realities inform the product without limiting it to one country, one industry, or one type of stock.
