Choose an entry point that reflects how your organization works today, then expand governance, locations, and service commitments as operations grow.

Commercial model

A plan should match operational scope, not just headcount

YowSpare combines a predictable organization subscription with included users, locations, products, and storage. Published USD prices provide a clear buying reference; the subscription confirmation or signed Order Form defines the final currency, taxes, allowances, and service commitments.

Before you select a paid plan

The plan selector currently visible inside the application records account context; it does not complete checkout or payment by itself. Professional and Enterprise access is activated only after the KernelCore quote or checkout workflow, subscription confirmation, or applicable Order Form succeeds.

Plan comparison

Compare by operating requirement

This comparison is a commercial guide, not a substitute for the final Order Form. Availability can also depend on permissions, connected services, device support, and deployment configuration.

Plan sizing

What determines the right commercial scope

A useful proposal starts with the operating reality. These four inputs shape the recommended plan and any implementation work.

01

Operating footprint

Organizations, agencies, warehouses, bins, teams, and expected growth.

02

Workflow depth

Catalog, procurement, quotations, purchase orders, receipts, approvals, movements, and reporting.

03

Control requirements

Roles, read and write permissions, MFA expectations, audit needs, and separation of duties.

04

Deployment conditions

Connectivity, devices, offline requirements, integrations, data migration, and service expectations.

Commercial process

From evaluation to an accountable activation

Paid access should begin with a shared understanding of what the organization is buying and how it will be operated.

  1. 1

    Discovery

Describe the stock model, users, locations, current tools, constraints, and decision timeline.

  2. 2

    Scope confirmation

YowSpare aligns the plan, enabled capabilities, deployment assumptions, onboarding, and support expectations.

  3. 3

    Commercial agreement

The applicable Order Form or subscription confirmation records pricing, currency, taxes, term, and commitments.

  4. 4

    Activation and onboarding

The organization configures its structure, access model, operational data, and rollout sequence.

Pricing questions

Details procurement teams usually need

These answers clarify the current commercial boundary. Contracted terms take priority whenever they differ from this page.

How is final Professional pricing determined?

Professional costs $59 month-to-month or $588 when billed annually, equivalent to $49 per month. Add-on users, warehouses, storage, onboarding, applicable taxes, and any exceptional deployment work are charged separately.

Can I upgrade or downgrade directly in the application?

The application can record a plan value, but a selector does not currently complete payment or amend a contract. Paid plan changes should be confirmed with YowSpare so access and commercial records remain aligned.

Can my organization evaluate Professional first?

A 14-day Professional evaluation can be requested before subscription. Its scope and activation are confirmed by YowSpare while automated checkout and entitlement activation are being finalized.

Is every feature available offline?

No. Selected workflows can continue with local data, but support varies by browser or mobile device, workflow, configuration, and synchronization state. Critical operations may require a live connection.

Are integrations and migration included?

They require discovery. Source systems, data quality, API access, mapping, validation, and deployment responsibilities are scoped before they become a commercial commitment.

Where are security and legal commitments defined?

The Security, Privacy, and Terms pages describe the public baseline. Deployment-specific or enterprise commitments must appear in the applicable Order Form, data-processing agreement, or service-level agreement.
